Position & Our Offer 

We are now looking for a Lead of Financial Product & Distribution Management, to develop and manage the growing portfolio of financial products, establish distribution channels and partnerships and lead the product specific reporting and investor relations. This key role will have significant impact on the founding team, the development of the business, the work environment, as well as employee benefits. Overtime, you will get the chance to develop this role beyond its original scope up until a C-level position (based on qualifications and performance).  

Role & Virtues

The ideal candidate is a financial service professional with the ability to 
  • manage the strategies of Digital Waves’ products  
  • develop new ideas for alternative asset-based products 
  • development and standardization of reporting on financial products  
  • build and maintain partnerships with our evolving affiliate and distributor network

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as investment advisor, assets manager, or trader in the financial services industry or fintech startup ecosystem.  
  • Passion for alternative or digital assets 
  • Hands-on project manager driven by delivering results in a startup environment. 
  • A mindful (product) leader, who believes in continuous individual development and coaching of others 
  • Fluent in English, fluent German or other languages a plus 
  • Willingness to take hard decisions, take risks and go the extra mile. 

Working time, compensation & working Environment 

This role is designed with a minimum immediate time requirement of 70-80%, increasing to a full-time (100%) position in 2022. We offer competitive remuneration. The salary depends on the agreed scope of work and qualifications of the candidate. 

With offices in Zug (Switzerland), we also operate from Zurich and Hamburg with a global team of service providers. Thus, remote working is preferred but not necessary. While access to office space is possible in Zug, also Zurich and co-working office spaces may be discussed, always subject to curent COVID-19 requirements.

We are now looking for a Junior Associate for Digital Marketing, to set up and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and financial products. Jointly with our marketing and design service providers, you will get to design and implement digital marketing campaigns in a regulated but highly disruptive segment of the financial industry: Alternative Asset Investment Services. In this role, you will also work closely with the company’s founding team and contribute to the development of the business. Over time, you will get the chance to develop this role beyond its original scope up until a more senior position (based on qualifications and performance).  

Role & virtues

The ideal candidate is an ambitious student in the field of digital marketing, preferably with first professional experience:
  • Design digital marketing strategies for financial products around alternative investments, together with dedicated service providers and the founding team
  • Design and develop marketing material for digital marketing campaigns and the company website
  • Manage Social Media Accounts, maintain our databases and support Email Campaigns
  • Conduct research on competitors and trends in the crypto and fintech space
  • Develop content such as blog articles and webinar presentations around alternative assets, in particular, innovation in crypto and fintech
  • Work effectively in a remote, dynamic, multi-cultural and team-oriented environment
  • Work across multiple time zones with a globally distributed team.
  • Generate innovative ideas with attention to detail and exceptional collaboration skills.

Requirements 
  1. Postgrad student in digital marketing - preferably with relevant working experience
  2. Interest in the financial and fintech industry, with a passion for financial products.
  3. Hands-on project manager is driven by delivering results in a startup environment.
  4. Fluent in English, fluent German a big plus
  5. Willingness to go the extra mile.

We look for a junior associate who is available between 15 and 25 hours per week. We offer competitive remuneration. The salary depends on the agreed scope of work and qualifications of the candidate. With offices in Zug (Switzerland), our company operates from Zurich and Hamburg with a global team of service providers. Thus, remote working is preferred but not necessary. While access to office space is possible in Zug and Zurich, subject to COVID-19 legal requirements, we also provide access to co-working spaces in exceptional cases.

  • Identify possible distribution partners (such as family offices or asset manager) for our financial products and services around alternative assets and accompany the founding team in setting up distribution partnerships. 
  • Serve as a front desk officer to investors and distribution partners
  • Help to further develop and maintain CRM system
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop content and collateral for distribution or investor partnerships.
